How do I find imaging or radiology results?

Imaging
- 1Open the patient's chart
- 2Click Chart Review — the button at the very top of the chart
- 3Select the Imaging tab — in the left-hand tab list, just below Labs
- 4Click a study to read the radiologist's report
- 5Click the image link (or Launch PACS / image icon) to open the actual images
- 6Preliminary reads are labeled — check for a final signed report before acting
