Where is Chart Review?
Chart Review
Encounters, Labs, Imaging, Meds, Notes, Micro
- 1Open the patient's chart
- 2Click Chart Review — the button at the very top of the chart workspace
- 3Use the side tabs — Encounters, Labs, Imaging, Meds, Notes, Micro — they run down the left side of the screen
- 4Check boxes next to rows and click Preview to view several items at once
- 5Use the filter/date bar at the top to narrow a long list
